What We Create

Anything you can imagine

Every piece we make is unique. Our most common commissions are engagement rings, wedding bands, and anniversary gifts — but we've made everything from custom tennis necklaces to family heirloom resets.

If you have a rough idea, a photograph, or a sketch on a napkin, that's enough to start. If you have nothing at all, we'll guide you to something you love.

Common Questions

Honest answers to questions everyone asks

Yes — completely. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically, and optically identical to a mined diamond. The only difference is origin: one formed over millions of years underground, the other in a controlled environment over a few weeks. A gemologist cannot tell them apart without specialist equipment. They are graded and certified by the same laboratories (GIA and IGI) using the same standards.
Diamond is the hardest natural substance on earth (10 on the Mohs scale) — it won't scratch, chip, or dull with everyday wear. The setting is the part that needs care: we recommend an annual check-up to make sure claws are secure. We offer a lifetime warranty on every piece and will re-tip claws or re-polish at no charge as part of normal maintenance.
Honest answer: all jewellery depreciates when sold second-hand — whether from Tiffany, a high-street jeweller, or us. Mined diamonds retain more value than lab-grown because supply is finite. However, because we price lab-grown stones at a fraction of mined equivalents, you're starting from a lower cost base. We'd encourage you to think of a diamond ring as something to wear and love — not a financial investment.
Three reasons: (1) We source diamonds direct from cutters and wholesalers — no middlemen marking up the stone. (2) We don't carry large retail premises on Oxford Street. (3) We don't hold inventory — every ring is made to order, so we're not funding warehouses of unsold stock. The quality of the stones and the hallmarking standard are identical to what you'd find on the high street.
Yes. For bespoke rings, you'll approve a CAD render before anything is made — and for significant pieces we can produce a wax or resin model at no charge so you can see exactly how it will look on your hand. For in-stock rings, you're welcome to visit our Leicester or London showroom to try pieces on before purchasing. There is never any pressure to commit on the day.
In-stock rings can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Bespoke and customised pieces are made specifically for you, so these cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will remake or refund in full. If you're unsure about size or style, we recommend visiting a showroom before ordering.
Every Diamond Hub piece comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes re-tipping claws, tightening settings, and re-polishing — the routine maintenance that keeps a ring looking its best. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss of stones due to impact, or wear caused by improper care. We recommend insuring your ring through your home contents policy.
In most cases, yes. Plain metal bands and most solitaires can be resized by 1–2 sizes up or down. Rings with full pavé, eternity bands, or tension settings are harder to resize and sometimes cannot be changed without affecting the design. We'll advise you on resizability before you order. Our first resize is free within 12 months of purchase.
